2024 has been an exciting year at EQNM, filled with more programs and stronger connections than ever before! Our newly expanded staff attended a record number of Pride events and worked hard on the renewed LGBTQ Summit. We stood up for our unhoused neighbors during the summer Special Session alongside allies across the state.
We’re here, we’re queer, and we don’t back down from a fight.
There is so much more to come from EQNM in 2025. With a full legislative session on the horizon, we are preparing for the inaugural class of our Legislative Fellowship program, which will help prepare young LGBTQ adults for careers in advocacy. In this last full Session of the Governor’s term, we will work hard to safeguard protections for LGBTQ New Mexicans.
