Equality New Mexico is proud to announce its annual fundraiser—Equality at the Balloon Fiesta—to be held on Saturday, October 8th, 5:30pm at the Anderson-Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon Museum. The last night of the Fiesta, guests will enjoy the final Balloon Glow, Laser Light Show, and Fireworks Show from one of the best views in town. The event will also have a generous variety of hors d’oeuvres provided by Slate Street Café, beverage service provided by The Cooperage, music provided by DJ ATG from Southwest DJ Entertainment, and raffles and games for guests to enjoy.
"Last year was the first we held our annual fundraiser at the Balloon Fiesta, and because of the extremely positive response from our guests, we are excited to return this year," said Amber Royster, Executive Director for Equality New Mexico. "The Balloon Fiesta is a world-renowned event that we are fortunate to have in our backyard, and a front row seat to the festivities is a great setting for raising money to support LGBTQ advocacy efforts in New Mexico."

Doors open to the event at 5:30pm, with the Balloon Glow starting at 6pm and the Fireworks Show starting at 8pm. Attendees receive a special parking pass to the museum. Tickets are on sale now through Friday, October 7th, 5pm, and can be purchased at eqnm.org.
